Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, engaging our services, or entering into any agreement with Rule Worldwide Softech Pvt. Ltd. (MCA Registered), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.

Our Services

Rule Worldwide Softech provides technology services including but not limited to:

• Custom software development (web, mobile, desktop)
• Mobile application development (Flutter, Android, iOS)
• AI automation and intelligent workflow systems
• Cloud infrastructure, VPS setup and DevOps
• UI/UX design and product strategy
• Technical support, maintenance and consulting

All services are delivered based on mutually agreed project scopes, timelines and milestones documented in individual service agreements or proposals.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation of services.

Payments & Billing

Payment terms are defined in the individual project proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

• Milestone-based billing: Payments are tied to completed and approved deliverables
• Advance payment: A percentage advance may be required before project commencement
• Late payments: Unpaid invoices beyond the due date may incur a delay fee of 2% per month
• GST applicable: All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• Payment methods: UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or as agreed in the contract

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment for a project:

• All custom-developed code, designs and assets created specifically for your project are transferred to you
• You receive full ownership of the deliverables as specified in the project agreement
• Any third-party libraries, frameworks or tools used remain subject to their respective open-source or commercial licenses

Rule Worldwide Softech retains the right to:

• Display completed projects in our portfolio (unless you request confidentiality in writing)
• Retain our internal tools, methodologies, frameworks and proprietary systems developed independently
• Reference your company name as a client unless you request otherwise

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding each other's proprietary business information, technical data, trade secrets and business strategies shared during the course of the engagement.

We do not share your project details, business information or technical specifications with third parties without your explicit written consent.

Upon request, we are willing to sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before the project consultation begins.

Limitation of Liability

Rule Worldwide Softech's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data or business opportunities
• Damages caused by third-party services, APIs or platforms integrated at client request
• Delays caused by client failure to provide required assets, approvals or feedback
• Security vulnerabilities in third-party libraries or hosting environments

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination:

• All work completed up to the termination date will be billed and must be paid
• Deliverables completed and approved will be handed over upon receipt of payment
• Work in progress may be provided in its current state at our discretion
• Advance payments for uncompleted milestones may be refunded as per our refund policy

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for non-payment, abusive conduct, or requests to engage in illegal activities.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chhattisgarh, India.

We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual discussion and negotiation before pursuing legal remedies. If required, arbitration may be pursued as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
